Log into PartnerWorld Profiling at https://www.ibm.com/partnerworld/partnertools/profiles.wss.
Click on Employee from the left navigation pane.
Select the location associated with the employee requesting access.
As an APA, you must be at the same location as the user you are granting access to, unless you are an APA at Headquarters location, then you have ability to grant at any location.
After selecting a location, a list of all the employees associated with that location will populate at the bottom of the screen. Using the Search by feature you can look for the employee by First name, IBM ID, or Last name.
Select the employee by clicking on the Select next to their name.
Select Employee roles from the Select employee action section and click the green arrow next to the selection.
Pre-requisite: At the top of the page in the section titled Access role, verify the Profile access is PERSN (Personal Information Update Only), VOEXT (View Only Profile Access) or extBPG Authorized Profile Administrator (APA).
Scroll to the bottom of the next page to the section titled PartnerSuccess360 and check the checkbox that pertains to your organization. Once selected, click “Submit”.
Warning: User will be unable to view anything in PartnerSuccess360 if both roles are selected.
Once you receive email confirmation that your request is approved, you can login to https://partnersuccess360.ibm.com.
